What sets us apart from our competition is our
professional approach to motorsport. AMI Racing was formed by
Shaun Scheerbaum in October 2000 as a means to combine his experience
in entrepreneurship with his passion for auto racing. Shaun has
organized a team of qualified individuals with engineering, entrepreneurial,
and marketing backgrounds. The team operates with a detailed budget
and business plan to optimize resources.
OWNER:
Shaun Scheerbaum
Shaun is a 24-year-old engineer from Evans City, PA. He is a B.S. Mechanical Engineering graduate of Penn State University, and plans to pursue an MBA in the near future. Shaun is experienced in product and business development, technical sales, and marketing. He has nine years of regional and national level motorsport experience as an owner/driver, shock specialist, and mechanic.

Our crew is experienced in automotive, machining, and engineering applications. We have fabrication and assembly, data acquisition, and R&D capabilities.
